The Board of Directors, met in full today, confirmed Lorenzo Coppini as Chief Executive Officer, also conferring delegated powers to the Directors Alessandro Pancani and Francesco Spapperi.

In addition to this, the BoD, after suitable verification of the possession of the non-executive and independence requirements of the Directors Veronica Tonini, Gabriella Egidi and Raffaele Cappiello, resolved:

• to appoint the Independent Directors Veronica Tonini (as President), Gabriella Egidi and Raffaele Cappiello as members of the Control and Risks Committee;
• to appoint the Independent Directors Gabriella Egidi (as President) and Veronica Tonini as members of the Appointment Committee;
• to appoint the Independent Directors Gabriella Egidi (as President), Veronica Tonini and Roberta Pecci as members of the Remuneration Committee
